You Are Unique
by Jean Fox.

Each person has a unique place in the family of man, a place no one else can take. Each of us in the nitty-gritty of our daily lives plays a vital part in fleshing out the revolution of love that is in process.

Take a moment to look at one another. God has created you and everyone else with two eyes, a nose, and a mouth. Yet, how unique is each face—never to be repeated again.

Every hair on your head has been counted (Mt 10:30, Lk 12:7). This is how close the Father, the Son, and the Spirit are to each of us. For each person, the movement of the Holy Spirit is unique, sacred, and different from anyone else’s experience.

This is a manifestation of God’s great love for each of us and of his endless creative power forming us. If we keep our eyes on this creative power of the Holy Spirit working in and through us, we will delight in, wonder at, admire, and be in awe of every person we meet.
