Ordering by Telephone
The easiest and fastest way to order is by telephone. You can call us toll free from anywhere in North America at 1-888-703-7110. (Outside North America, call 613-756-3728.)
Our offices are open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (GMT -5) every day except Sunday and other Christian holidays. By telephone, we can accept Visa or MasterCard, or ship C.O.D.
Ordering On-line
Our on-line ordering system works through PayPal (the popular and trusted on-line payment service owned by the eBay company.) Transactions are secure using SSL, and private.
Credit cards accepted on-line include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. (U.K. customers can also use Switch or Solo cards. International customers can choose to make payments in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, or Yen.)
Note to Canadian customers: Our web site prices are in U.S. Dollars. Instead of using our on-line ordering system, call us at our toll free number to get prices in Canadian dollars. (Canadian prices are also provided on our PDF format printable order form.)
Note to customers outside the U.S.A.: When a non-U.S. user first signs up for PayPal, they may make a one-time charge of $1.95 to your credit card for verification purposes. If so, you will receive an e-mail from PayPal explaining how to complete their verification process.
Note to book stores: Book stores are elegible for a discount which cannot be applied using our on-line ordering system. Please call us at our toll free number to set up an account and place your order, or fill out our PDF format printable order form and fax or mail it to us.
How our on-line shopping works, step-by-step:
- Browse our web site, and use the "Add to Cart" buttons on the publication pages.
- When you're finished shopping, click the "View Cart" button at the top of any page to open your shopping cart in a new window. Adjust quantities and update as necessary, and then click "Checkout" when finished.
- A secure web page will open and prompt you for your name, address, credit card number, etc. (If you already have a PayPal account, you can simply enter your e-mail address and PayPal password.) When you're done, click "Continue."
- A page will display your shopping cart order one last time for confirmation. If everything looks correct, click the "Pay" button.
- PayPal then charges your credit card, and credits our account. (The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "PAYPAL *MADONNAHOUS")
- You will receive a "receipt for your payment" from PayPal by e-mail. (If it is your first time using PayPal, you may also receive an e-mail to confirm your e-mail address.)
- We receive a "notification of payment received" from PayPal, and your order is usually shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Your order will be shipped by regular parcel postal mail, and should get to you within 3 to 10 business days (but please allow 3 weeks for delivery).
If you are nervous about any aspect of our on-line shopping system, or if you encounter any problems whatsoever, we recommend that you simply cancel out and place your order by telephone instead. (Real live people can be better at meeting your needs than computers!)
Postage Rates for On-line Orders
On-line, we calculate the postage rate using a percentage of the total dollar amount of your purchase. Less than $50: 25%. Between $50 and $99:15%. Over $100: 10%.

Please print your name and complete postal address and enclose a cheque or money order with your order. (Here is a printable order form in PDF format you can use if you like.)

Your order will be shipped by regular surface postal mail. Orders are processed within 24 hours of their reception. Your order will be shipped by regular parcel postal mail, and should get to you within 3 to 10 business days (but please allow 3 weeks for delivery).
