Wish not to anyone a
WONDERFUL
desert experience.
‘Tis a contradiction in terms,
a misnomer, like
square circles and
finite gods and
diet doughnuts.
Rather,
shift the emphasis–
though you have only
my word — to DESERT:
stripped
lonely
helpless
exposed in
the least expected corner
of one’s dusty life,
designed by a scathing
searcher of hearts,
carved clean
by a flaming sword,
refined by a consuming fire.
WONDER —
FULLNESS follows after.
